Did TWA and PanAm fly to ZRH in the past?

Yes, they did. PanAm in the seventies with 707, then 747, in the last few years with A310. TWA with Super C., then 707, in the 80ies with 747/767/Tristar.
Today, all north american airlines fly 767 to Zurich (AA, Delta, United, Continental, US Airways, Air Canada (the last with 767 and A330).
