Oh no, i hope everything's fine with Maxi after the earthquake. But he's in the south of Japan, near Osaka, so he won't be affected that much i think...

Just talked to Maxi's mother. He's fine, more than 700 km away from the affected region. But she was very concerned.

Glad to hear that. I understand she was woried.

Btw, i just recently heard that the earthquake had moved, litterally moved, Japan 2 meters and changed the worlds rotation by about 2dm!

Feel relief about our friend .But what a horror and nightmare for hundredthousand which are effected from the earthquake and the tsunami. Over all the biggest problem comes now with the atomic power plants and the effluent of radioactivity!
Yes, let's pray for Japan and the whole pacific rim.

Hello everybody,

I returned to peaceful Germany yesterday evening and just want to express a big THANK YOU to all who were concerned about me!!!

The first two weeks were really fine, but the week after the earthquake/Tsunami/nuclear power plant-incident was the pure horror as I had to calm down my relatives in Germany while I was in fact worried myself although the Japanese are mainly manipulated by their local media saying: "There won't be any danger to the residents' health..." Who would believe in such statements here? :crying:

As soon as I find the time, I'll post a trip report focused on my spotting experiences.
