where did you find 4 DC-8 of SAS outside of CPH or STO ?
in the past during the "Hannover Fair" at HAJ..
last pic down.......

I love quizzies: several DC-6 and DC-7, BEA Viscount, Lufthansa Convair 440, Fokker 27, Curtiss C-46, Douglas DC-3, Lockheed Constellation, SAS DC-8, Lufthansa and Air France 707. However, I cannot identify the second aircraft in the front line... looks somehow like a prop Gulfstream... :confused:
I am sure Super-Conny can clarify this. :wink:

April 1974 "Hanover Fair" ..
just to inform ... the DC-8-63 of this day was 10hrs delayed for the return flight to AMS due engine problems ..
see right corner this pic :
2nd engine opened :surprised: , waiting for spare parts, wich arrived with KL209
early evening ...
further to see Tu154 Aeroflot,DC-10 SAS , DC-8-62 Finnair and 747 AF as daystop
