Hello friends,

it would be nice to know where the members located. Especially
for collectors who want to buy/trade/swop ..
One reason is, to see better who is in the "neighbourhood" ..
(better chance for instance to find a collector within the States for trade/swop)..

And members should able to look once a week here "whats new"

to have a real live forum .....
So please add at your profile at least your country , or City ...
thanks

For that reason the only way to use the given weight brakes
500gram , 1kg or 2kg best as possible.
Due nearly every model type has different weight at scale600 ,
best to mention a couple of models of interest and I try to find out by weigh, how many models to ship at each given weight brake.

Additional info for european collectors:
since jan 01 german post increased 500gram shipments from € 3,00 to 3,40
(plus reg letter fee - still € 2,05 -)
so total now € 5,45
all other brakes Europe, International and inside germany unchanged

Just to info all :
within Germany:
smal parcel € 4,10 ,since jan01st 2010
reg. letter upto 2kg € 6,05

to Europe : (complete, not only EU) -allways as reg. letter- airmail
til 500gram € 5,45
til 1000gram € 8,05
til 2000gram € 16,05
above 2000gram ... € 17,00 -no airmail ! - as Airmail € 24,00 ...

to rest of the world : -allways as reg. letter- airmail
til 500gram € 8,05
til 1000gram € 14,05
til 2000gram € 26,05
above 2000gram..... incredible upto € 66,00

(dont forget, to the models to add the weight of the packing carton
for the final shipping weight)

shipping with UPS or FedEx impossible due much higher in costs here form germany !

So if any collector like to trade/swop from from another german collector
they have to calculate the same way

looooool, its sooo bad, anyway they are building a new Terminal now, phase 1 will be opened in 2012, then i think that phase 2 will be ready by 2014. and the old terminals will be demolished.

Here is the design for the new Terminal.
